Terms of sale for Store Watcher Pro

The short version. Store Watcher is free to install and use. Pro is an optional subscription that raises the limits. It is sold by Orbiting Solutions, not by Google, and checkout is handled by our payment provider. Cancel any time; the free plan keeps working. Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of a payment for a full refund.
1. Who sells Pro
Pro is offered by Orbiting Solutions. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and handles sales tax and VAT. Google and the Chrome Web Store are not the seller and don’t handle Pro payments. Contact: [email protected].
2. What Pro includes
Pro removes the free plan’s limits as listed on the pricing table: unlimited exports, detailed export fields, up to 50 watched stores with up to 25,000 products each, checks as often as every hour, unlimited alerts and saved views, comparing up to 5 stores, per-variant price history and full change history. Everything else works on the free plan with no account.
Store Watcher reads only what stores publish publicly. Some stores block or rate-limit automated reads, hide their catalog, or are password-protected; Pro can’t read those either.
3. Price and billing
Pro costs $14.99 per month or $119 per year (about $9.92 a month, 34% less than paying monthly), plus any tax shown at checkout. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
4. Your license key
After purchase you receive a license key by email. Paste it in the extension under Settings → Plan. One key works on up to 3 browsers. The extension re-checks the key about every 12 hours; if it can’t reach the license service, Pro keeps working for 7 days.
5. Cancelling
Cancel any time from the customer portal (Settings → Plan → Manage subscription). Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the extension returns to the free plan. Your data stays in your browser.
6. Refunds
14-day refund, no questions asked. Ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund. The same applies to each annual renewal: ask within 14 days of the renewal payment. Email [email protected] or use the customer portal (Settings → Plan → Manage subscription). You don’t need to give a reason.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. EU law lets a seller end that right early once a digital service has been fully provided, but only if you expressly agreed to that. We don’t ask you to give it up: the 14-day refund above applies in any case.
Cancel any time to stop future renewals. See section 5. Pro then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments older than 14 days aren’t refunded.
How refunds are paid. Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to the payment method you used. How long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank. After a refund the license key stops working and the extension returns to the free plan; your data stays in your browser.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your country are not affected.
7. Changes
If we change prices, we’ll tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies. Questions: [email protected].
